About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citcos core business and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industrys most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Client Integration team you will be working with some of the industrys most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Acting as the liaison between Client staff and Accounting/Operations to on-board clients to Citco technology systems.
- Primarily responsible for data file analysis loading/reconciliation of data migrations onboarding and migration files preparation.
- Dealing with the senior management of all the organizations that interact with Citco Fund Services.
- Leading and managing data migration between internal systems client/third party systems process identification review COA mapping and custom solutions.
- Managing Citco and client Yardi set-up implementation and testing with internal IT CFS & SPVs stakeholders.
- Coordinating with all relevant teams to ensure internal workflows will meet client needs.
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure all necessary data is captured for client reporting and calculation models.
- Contribute to on-going discussions on operational process and best practices; document and implement process improvements.
- Always maintaining a pro-active customer focus.
- Leading and contribute to internal process improvement projects.
- Drafting task performance procedures and/or operational memorandum.
- Contributing to development and testing of Citcos technology platforms.
Qualifications
About You:
- You have a minimum of a bachelors degree in either of the following or related fields: Accounting Finance Mathematics or Economics; ACA ACCA CIMA or CPA preferred.
- 3 years public/private real estate accounting work experience.
- Public/private accounting experience predominantly in the real estate &; alternative investment SPV or fund sectors beneficial.
- Strong analytical and integration experience involving complex data sets.
- Possess strong project management skills with a high attention to details required.
- Able to handle several projects and different stakeholders simultaneously and prioritize work based on deadlines.
- Strong team player who exhibits excellent communication and written skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability of work product.
- Yardi Investment Management module experience preferred.
- Experience working in multiple jurisdictions &; time-zones preferred.
- Knowledge and experience in other commercial &; residential real estate accounting systems beneficial i.e. MRI JD Edwards RealPage Microsoft Dynamics.
- Fund Accounting skill is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
