For our Air Export department at Brucargo we are looking for a customer service representative. As a customer service employee you will help coordinate export shipments by air. You answer both internal and customer questions. Communication will be by both email and telephone. You will be working from 10AM till 6PM on Fridays until 6.30PM.
- You are in direct telephone and email contact with customers.
- You contact customers and internal departments to provide/obtain additional information.
- You communicate delays or irregularities to customers.
- You answer questions for tracking packages or collecting data to prepare a more complex flow of a document or package.
- You maintain customer data in the system.
- You proactively identify and resolve root causes of problems.
- You perform further administrative tasks as directed by the team leader.
Requirements
- You have completed a study in the sector of transport and logistics or several years of work experience in this sector.
- You have knowledge of air freight.
- You have experience in customer service or in dealing with customers.
- You are computer literate and can work well with MS Office.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of the AS400 program and Cargowise is a plus.
- You are a team player flexible and motivated.
