About the Role:
We are seeking a polished personable and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our client base by building strong relationships with business owners C-suite levels and key stakeholders across Southeast Asia. This role is centered around trust presence and persuasive communication where we provide the platform and resources for you to go beyond cold calling or volume outreach - but a career pathway towards closing significant high-value deals.
You ll work directly with warm leads from marketing channels as well as referrals and prospects you meet at exclusive events networking functions and professional engagements. The ideal candidate thrives in social settings understands the value of follow-through and knows how to guide prospects from interest to decision with confidence and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Full Sales Journey: Engage qualified prospects understand their needs present tailored solutions and guide them confidently toward a final decision.
- Own the closing process: Identify buying signals address objections present clear offers and secure signed agreements.
- Build Trusted Relationships: Develop strong long-term connections with high-net-worth individuals business owners executives and other premium-level clients.
- Leverage Events for Lead Generation: Attend curated events professional workshops industry mixers and client appreciation functions to meet new prospects and nurture existing relationships.
- Follow-Up with Purpose: Stay in close contact with warm leads through personalised follow-up ensuring no opportunity is missed and prospects feel valued throughout the process.
- Track Interactions and Progress: Keep accurate notes updates and deal stages recorded in our CRM system to support a clean organized pipeline.
- Internal Team Coordination: Work with the onboarding and client support team to ensure a smooth transition after deals are closed and expectations are clearly set.
- Represent the Brand: Maintain a professional warm and confident presence that reflects the brand s quality and high-value offerings at all times.
Requirements
Experience in Converting Leads to Closed Deals: You re familiar with B2B sales cycle and successfully convert business prospects into loyal clients.
Strong People Skills: You re a natural relationship-builder with excellent listening conversation and trust-building abilities.
Confidence in Closing: You know when and how to ask for the sale without being pushy and you re not afraid to do it.
Event and Networking Comfort: You enjoy social settings know how to carry yourself professionally and thrive when meeting new people face-to-face.
Organised and Consistent: You follow up follow through and keep your sales pipeline clean and moving forward.
Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: You work well independently take ownership of your results and are driven by performance and commission-based incentives.
Self-discipline & Tech-Savvy: The team typically works remotely and collaborate closely through virtual channels.
Strong Communication: Excellent proficiency in English additional language proficiency is a bonus!
