You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailPrepare and manage all export documentation including invoices packing lists shipping bills bills of lading certificate of origin FSSAI clearance and phytosanitary certificates.
Ensure compliance with international food safety standards and export regulations.
Coordinate with freight forwarders CHA (Customs House Agents) shipping lines and inspection agencies.
Apply for necessary licenses and approvals from government authorities (FSSAI APEDA EIC DGFT etc.).
Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation.
Track and monitor shipment schedules and communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation.
Coordinate with the QA/QC department for sample dispatches and inspection procedures.
Liaise with banks for LC (Letter of Credit) Bill of Exchange and other export finance documentation.
Handle queries and follow up with buyers regarding documentation or compliance requirements.
Bachelor s degree in Commerce Business Administration or related field.
2 5 years of experience in export documentation preferably in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of export procedures documentation and international trade compliance.
Familiarity with customs clearance processes and regulatory bodies (FSSAI APEDA EIC).
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and documentation software (like ICEGATE DGFT portal).
Good communication and coordination skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.
