Job Description

This is a remote position.

Symphony Solution Inc. a trusted name in custom software development and mobile solutions is seeking a dedicated Mobile Customer Support Representative to deliver exceptional support to our users. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy communicator who thrives in a remote setting and can confidently assist clients using mobile apps and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous support to customers via phone email chat and mobile support channels

  • Troubleshoot mobile application issues and guide users through technical steps

  • Collaborate with the development team to resolve escalated concerns and log software bugs

  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely follow-ups

  • Educate users on mobile features updates and best practices for an improved experience

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements in a remote support structure

  • Deliver consistent service excellence while working independently in a remote environment



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor s degree is a plus

  • 1 year of experience in customer support preferably in a tech or mobile-based role

  • Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and basic troubleshooting techniques

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset

  • Ability to manage tasks effectively in a remote work environment

  • Comfort using CRM systems and collaboration tools in a remote team
