This role is ideal for a tech-savvy communicator who thrives in a remote setting and can confidently assist clients using mobile apps and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide prompt and courteous support to customers via phone email chat and mobile support channels
Troubleshoot mobile application issues and guide users through technical steps
Collaborate with the development team to resolve escalated concerns and log software bugs
Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
Educate users on mobile features updates and best practices for an improved experience
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements in a remote support structure
Deliver consistent service excellence while working independently in a remote environment
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor s degree is a plus
1 year of experience in customer support preferably in a tech or mobile-based role
Familiarity with mobile platforms (iOS and Android) and basic troubleshooting techniques
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to manage tasks effectively in a remote work environment
Comfort using CRM systems and collaboration tools in a remote team
