Hiring Now Customer Success Associates for Vivint (Blended Process Chat Voice)
Location: Plot No. 76 A Phase IV Udyog Vihar Sector 18 Gurugram Haryana 122016
Work Mode: Work From Office
Working Days: 5 Days a Week Rotational Shifts & Rotational Weekly Offs
Perks: Both Side Cab Facility
Position: Customer Success Associate
Line of Business (LOB): Vivint
Process Type: Blended (Voice Chat Support)
No. of Openings: 30 Positions
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience is mandatory
Prior experience in Technical Support / Troubleshooting is required
Excellent communication skills in English
Strong verbal fluency is essential
Educational Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate (both eligible)
Candidates must be located within 20 KM radius of the office
