The Assistant Store Manager Operations leads the receiving and operational store processes the recruitment and onboarding of team members manages the budget and expenses and execution of Loss Prevention processes including audits and safety compliance. You will maintain the goals of the store and the Last Call Division. You will report to and assist the Store Manager in increasing sales and positive planning results through outstanding customer service events promotions and encouragement of the staff. The Assistant Store Manager Operations will act as Manager on Duty and help lead the stores daily operations and contributes to the maintenance of the store through daily recovery.
