Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs estimate quantities from drawings and monitor progress against estimates.
- Conduct site visits to verify quantity takeoffs and prepare rate analysis reports.
- Develop cost plans track costs during construction and analyze variances between estimated and actual costs.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify potential cost savings opportunities.
- Provide expert advice on Quantity Surveying matters to clients.
