Our Worldpanel colleagues are the global experts in shopper behaviour. Our offering includes continuous monitoring advanced analytics and tailored solutions to encourage successful decisions by leading organisations worldwide. Worldpanel turns purchase behaviour into competitive advantage across a diverse range of markets including tech fashion telecoms and FMCG.

Join a fast-growing global account team in a newly created role to improve impact through our content. Play a key role in ensuring Worldpanel is advancing in relation to our 4 strategic drivers: being an indispensable brand partner to our clients providing the most meaningful data amplifying the Worldpanel service via available tech developments and focussing on being simpler and stronger.

Adapt our content to make it client first - their language strategic goals ways-of-working processes etc. Help make us essential to everyday life at the client.

Main duties & responsibilities

  • Client management Clarify and manage expectations motivated to truly understand their goals (the individual and the organisation) and ensure we deliver on those. This would also need to be in conjunction with Europanel contacts working on these accounts plus liaising with key countries in our network.

With many (and senior) partners both internally and externally its vital to track and communicate progress whilst taking a proactive approach to identify and resolve potential issues to successfully deliver the study.
  • Insight Accountable for translating important client questions into concise clear insights with a strong analytical basis. Take ownership directly and act as an internal critic challenging your colleagues to articulate the role/value of the study so that its fluent in the face of client questions and challenges. The emphasis here is on someone who is analytically strong but does not necessarily need to be a master of Powerview.
  • Organisation and implementation: Be a support to the people delivering commissioned studies (analytics team CS etc) to ensure the brief is met that the work is client and willing to take action and that our chances of winning repeat business are high.
