Job Description

Overview:
Our client is a Mumbai-based located in Andheri West is looking to hire Recruiter to the success of the organization as effective recruitment directly impacts overall team performance and organizational growth. Recruiters must possess a keen understanding of the company s culture department needs and the specific qualifications required for each role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a recruitment plan that aligns with business goals.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking.
  • Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Facilitate reference checks and background screening processes.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
  • Negotiate job offers and assist candidates through the onboarding process.
  • Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide insights to management regarding recruitment trends and strategies.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience through effective communication and support.
  • Conduct market research to understand compensation trends and develop competitive offers.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and compliance regulations.

Must Have:
  • Retail Recruitment Experience: Mandatory experience in hiring for retail roles.
  • Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or in similar HR roles.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
  • Strong understanding of job boards social media and candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in negotiating job offers and managing candidate expectations.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in a specific industry is a plus.
