Our client is a Mumbai-based located in Andheri West is looking to hire Recruiter to the success of the organization as effective recruitment directly impacts overall team performance and organizational growth. Recruiters must possess a keen understanding of the company s culture department needs and the specific qualifications required for each role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a recruitment plan that aligns with business goals.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Facilitate reference checks and background screening processes.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
- Negotiate job offers and assist candidates through the onboarding process.
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organization.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in the applicant tracking system.
- Provide insights to management regarding recruitment trends and strategies.
- Foster a positive candidate experience through effective communication and support.
- Conduct market research to understand compensation trends and develop competitive offers.
- Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and outcomes.
- Stay current on industry best practices and compliance regulations.
Must Have:
- Retail Recruitment Experience: Mandatory experience in hiring for retail roles.
- Bachelor s degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in similar HR roles.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Strong understanding of job boards social media and candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in negotiating job offers and managing candidate expectations.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a specific industry is a plus.
