Job Description
This is a remote position.
We re looking for an experienced Mid/Senior Bench Sales Recruiter to join a dynamic remote team. This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record in IT Bench Sales strong vendor/client networks and a knack for fast-paced staffing.
Minimum 4 years of experience in social media marketing, with proven expertise in Meta Ads. Demonstrated success managing paid campaigns with measurable results. Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager. Strong grasp of audience segmentation, retargeting, and conversion funnels. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bonus: Familiarity with content marketing and organic social media.

Graduation, optionally post grad/MBA in marketing
