We are seeking an experienced contract recruiter specializing in Commercial/Sales hiring.

In this role you will partner with our Talent Acquisition (TA) team to identify engage and close top go-to-market (GTM) talent. Ideal candidates will bring a strong understanding of commercial/sales profiles in the SaaS advertising technology or data platform sectors and demonstrate working knowledge of the business target market and unique hiring needs.
You will:

Consult with Talent Acquisition People & Culture and functional leadership to scope technical requirements and profile needs for the Business Technology organization (including IT Infrastructure Security Systems/Network Engineering Enterprise Applications and adjacent technical domains).

Recruit for a diverse range of technical operational and business roles across the organization as priorities shift-including but not limited to corporate G&A operations and product-adjacent positions.

Build manage and nurture pipelines of candidates for highly specialized technical roles as well as broader business positions (both full-time and contract/temporary) with a focus on both immediate and future organizational needs.

Ensure an exceptional equitable and inclusive candidate experience throughout the lifecycle-from outreach to onboarding-reflective of the values.

Leverage data research and competitive intelligence to advise partners on talent strategies compensation trends and evolving market conditions.

Use Workday (ATS) LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools to manage candidate activity pipeline workflows and compliance documentation; provide accurate and timely reporting.

Foster diversity equity and inclusion throughout all recruitment activities exemplifying the commitment to unbiased fair and transparent hiring.

Contribute to talent and hiring projects or process improvements within the broader TA/P&C organization as needed.
About you:

7-10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant expertise in technical/IT hiring ideally including roles across Enterprise IT Infrastructure Engineering Security Technical Project Management or adjacent Business Technology functions.

Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit for non-technical roles as well (corporate G&A operations or business support).

Deep knowledge of advanced sourcing tactics and building diverse pipelines for hard-to-fill and technical roles.

Familiarity with the business compliance and technical environments relevant to the SaaS/data/identity platform sector.

Outstanding communication skills and the ability to serve as a trusted consultative partner to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Comfort operating independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment-adapting to shifting priorities and hiring volumes.

Proven commitment to providing excellent candidate experiences and championing diversity equity and belonging in hiring practices.
Preferred Skills:

Experience managing recruitment processes in high-growth SaaS or technology environments.

Awareness of current trends in Business Technology IT and enterprise SaaS talent markets.
