About the Role:
you will be responsible for supporting our recruitment efforts across various departments by sourcing screening and engaging with top talent. This role requires someone who is organized proactive and passionate about finding the right people for the right roles.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team to understand hiring needs across different departments
- Source screen and shortlist candidates through various platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and reports.
- Support employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience.
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in recruitment preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques on various platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities efficiently
- Self-motivated with a proactive solution-oriented mindset
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in using recruitment tracking tools or basic HR software is a plus
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality timely results even in a part-time capacity

A bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. 1 3 years of experience in B2C sales, Telesales or a similar role. Very good command of verbal and written English skills. Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Target-driven, persistent, and comfortable working in a dynamic sales environment. Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills. Empathetic and client-focused approach with the ability to build trust quickly. Eagerness to learn and grow their skills while showing ownership. Effective time management and a collaborative team player.
