We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Customer Service representative to join our Austin-based team. This role combines data entry accuracy with front-line customer service support ensuring client records are handled efficiently and all inquiries are resolved with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter update and maintain customer information in company databases
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and courteous manner
Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy
Resolve data discrepancies and escalate issues as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer support
Meet daily and weekly productivity goals
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
1 year of experience in data entry or customer service
Excellent typing skills (45 WPM) and high attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
