You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Performance & Reward team are looking for consultants to join their friendly multi-disciplinary team (our team includes people with backgrounds in finance legal tax accounting HR management consulting).
No specific type or level of experience needed (although reward or consulting experience would be preferred). We are looking for smart people who enjoy solving complex problems and are interested in learning more about how the appropriate incentive structures can help organisations achieve their goals.
Your Opportunity
In short we help companies decide how to remunerate and incentivise their top people. This can be advising ASX50 Boards on what their CEOs salary and incentive package should look like or helping a tech start-up design and implement an employee share option plan that will allow them to attract talent and grow their business.
This team and this roles goal is to accurately advise our clients we must understand their business their strategy and the remuneration landscape (what is considered appropriate). This means gaining a breadth of knowledge across industries and taking the time to understand individual clients and their priorities. Our diversely skilled team enables us to deliver solutions that fit their commercial needs while navigating legal tax and accounting implications and investor and community expectations.
