Summary:
- We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to handle a variety of marketing tasks including creating project reports updating websites and managing customer databases. The ideal candidate for this role should possess excellent verbal and written English skills along with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. This role is critical for maintaining effective communication and engagement with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage project reports for print and mail ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Update and maintain the company website ensuring content is current and engaging.
- Design and coordinate the production of full-color newsletters including copywriting photo selection design and print coordination.
- Manage customer database exports and contact management ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Implement and manage customer survey systems conducting follow-up calls to gather feedback.
- Utilize email marketing platforms for campaign management and analytics.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in using WordPress for website management.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor.
- Strong content writing skills with the ability to create engaging and concise copy.
- Competency in design software including Adobe InDesign Photoshop and Canva.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AWST) 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Manila Time
