Calling all caring and compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in Foster Care. Devereux (TFC in Woburn MA) has an immediate opening for a Bi-Lingual Case Coordinator.
$1000 Sign on Bonus
Base pay starting at $20.46/hour with additional compensation for higher education/experience in the field.
Paid Orientation Training.
As a Case Manager/Case Coordinator you will supervise a case load of foster children and provide a variety of services to support them during their time in care. You will participate in weekly home visits and provide a team approach with the youth DCF foster parents schools biological parents and other collateral agencies to ensure all needs are met. We are looking for a candidate who can build a rapport with children and families. This role may become hybrid. Flexible schedule.
Available hours for this position are: Office is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm however occasional early evening hours may be needed to accommodate the schedule of the youth.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License with a good driving record
- 21 years of age or older
- BA or BS in Human Services related field required
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish required
- At least two (2) years of related experience with children and families required
- Virtual Gateway knowledge strongly preferred
- You must be able to attend a New Hire Orientation at our Rutland MA campus on Monday & Tuesday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am-12pm for CPR training (if needed)
- Must be a licensed social worker (LSWA or higher) OR able to successfully obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
