Job Title: Case Manager Scattered Site Oversight
Location: New York City (5 Boroughs)
Position Summary: $68000 to $70000

The Case Manager Scattered Site Oversight will be responsible for monitoring supporting and ensuring quality service delivery by an external case management services provider assigned to a scattered-site transitional housing program for homeless individuals and families.
