Moderna is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Partner to join our Global Talent Acquisition team supporting our growing Enterprise Solutions Hub (MESH) in Warsaw.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape Modernas talent landscape in Poland partnering closely with key business units to identify attract and hire top-tier professionals in enterprise functions.
Acting as a trusted advisor and full-cycle recruiter you will support hiring across Finance HR IT and Procurement helping to build a diverse and high-performing workforce. You will work in close collaboration with global partners to ensure alignment while localizing strategies to fit Polands labor market. This is an individual contributor position that demands a passion for talent strong business acumen and a flair for data-driven hiring in a fast-paced biotech environment.
Heres What Youll Do
Your key responsibilities will be:
Leading full-cycle recruiting for Poland-based MESH rolesfrom requisition intake to candidate onboarding.
Managing a dynamic requisition load of 20 open positions flexing with evolving business needs.
Partnering with hiring managers to develop tailored sourcing strategies and job requirements.
Ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate journey aligned with Modernas high standards.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-powered platforms to proactively source talent across multiple enterprise functions.
Utilizing recruitment analytics to improve process efficiency and support diversity hiring objectives.
Advising stakeholders on Polish labor trends local regulations and candidate expectations to inform hiring strategies.
Collaborating with global Talent Acquisition peers to ensure consistency across recruitment practices while meeting regional needs.
Championing Modernas employer brand in Poland through market insight and tailored candidate messaging.

Heres What Youll Bring to the Table
Bachelors degree preferred (HR Business Psychology or related field) or equivalent relevant experience
5 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced multinational environment (biotech/pharma tech or consulting preferred).
Deep knowledge of the Polish talent market and recruitment best practices.
Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise business leaders.
Hands-on experience with ATS systems (Workday preferred) CRM tools and sourcing technologies.
Data-driven mindset able to use analytics to drive hiring strategies.
Fluency in English and Polish required.
A curious collaborative and results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in an agile high-growth environment.
