Are you ready to make a strategic impact on Premeras sales compensation function Do you have the fortitude and influence management skills to help Premera evolve its sales compensation model from an administrative focus to a strategic one

As a Senior Sales Compensation Consultant you will design administer and implement compensation and performance review programs that attract retain and motivate our employees. You will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing Division partnering with Senior Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team members to deliver competitive compensation plans and programs. Your expertise will play an important role in our companys growth and transformation.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including but not limited to a candidates geographic location market conditions and specific skills and experience.

The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.

National Plus Salary Range:

$109000.00 - $185300.00

*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
