Job Description
The Executive Producer works as part of the news management team supervising news content across all media platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Define strategic direction for content coverage to meet business and financial objectives
- Manage newsroom contribute to the editorial process and help lead in breaking news situations
- Execute strategies that engage and grow audiences across all media devices
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Communications TV/Film or the equivalent work experience
- At least 5 years experience in television news as a producer or executive producer
- Must be able to interact well with anchors reporters videographers news managers production and engineering staff
- Detail oriented
- Excellent verbal written and analytical skills
- Strong news judgment journalistic integrity and understanding of viewer needs and expectations
- Utilize state-of-art television technology
Salary ranges from $110000-$120000 based off experience.
