Position: Reservations Executive (On-site)

About the Role

As a Reservations Executive you will play a crucial role in our team contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring commercial excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for hospitality and customer service.

What Youll Do

• Promptly politely and accurately handle telephone reservations according to
corporate standards.

• Analyze overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary report with
  recommendations to improve long term strategies.
• Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
• Keep track of Hotels performance against the budget/forecast and follow agreed sale strategies in relation to those targets.
• Have full understanding of availability and inventory management including
  overbooking and cross selling strategies with a goal to maximise all sales
  opportunities.
• Work closely with reservations groups and on-site teams to align sales efforts with
  operational needs

What Were Looking For

• Minimum of 2-3 years sales experience in the hospitality segment. A customer service background is highly appreciated.
• Right to work in the UK is a must.
• Strong interpersonal organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude with a 3 Hs personality: Humility humanity and humour.
• English language verbal and written is mandatory. Spanish is appreciated.
