*This role is specifically for weekend coverage (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility to work occasional weekdays if needed. Were looking for someone based in the Philippines ideally with availability to support during peak weekend hours.

Through daily interactions via email WhatsApp phone and live chat with our customers you are the first to know what our customers are thinking and feeling and how best to assist them.
