Thats what were building at Healfan ecommerce platform at the intersection of personalised health and curated wellbeing. We connect customers with the worlds most effective products across EAT MOVE MIND and SLEEP and were just getting started.

We combine culture-shaping storytelling cutting-edge health tech (like our new blood testing platform Healf Zone) and a best-in-class product experience to help people build rituals that work.

Backed by investors behind Soho House Alo Yoga Cult Beauty and Innocent were scaling fastand redefining how the world shops and lives well.

*This role is specifically for weekend coverage (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility to work occasional weekdays if needed. Were looking for someone based in the Philippines ideally with availability to support during peak weekend hours.


The Role

At Healf our customers satisfaction and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. In this pivotal role youll be the first line of support and the backbone between the business and the community of Healf customers. Through daily interactions via email WhatsApp phone and live chat with our customers you are the first to know what our customers are thinking and feeling and how best to assist them. Were looking for someone who has great experience with customers and will have a relentless commitment and desire to maintain our customers happiness going above and beyond normal requirements and hours and generally being the driving force behind our customers experience.

Key Responsibilities:


    • Providing timely communication with new and existing customers via email phone WhatsApp live chat and social channels.
    • Providing support for any customer queries health advice and product recommendations.
    • Using our customer helpdesk system to provide the very best shopping experience for our customers.
    • Being the go-to person for all Healf product queries you will need to have a good knowledge of all four pillars of health and how to advise in each area as well as an extensive knowledge of the brands and products that we stock - their benefits and what makes each one unique.
    • Not only will you be engaging with customers but you will listen to them and give their feedback and insights to the wider business to help us continue growing. This sort of feedback will lead to significant internal improvements from new products categories marketing strategies and more.

Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 years experience at an e-commerce or fast-growing startup.
  • A passion and interest in helping people (our customers) feel healthier on a daily basis.
  • You genuinely care about helping our customers - this may at times mean going out of your way to go the extra mile. Sometimes this will involve firefighting outside of work hours and the person filling this role must be ready for that.
  • A strong set of verbal and written communication skills in English is essential.
  • A flexible approach and the motivation to go above and beyond for our customers striving to build the strongest community.
  • Ideally professionally trained in some area of health and nutrition.
  • This role does include weekend working so flexibility is needed.
