Our main purpose is to strengthen the digital capabilities of Roche globally by supporting central initiatives with Social Media Management Brand Support Digital Publishing Services Marketing Automation Copywriting and Creative Design.

Your Opportunity:

ADigital Support Specialistis a technically-qualified person (expert) that strives to achieve business goals through web presence and digital platforms by supporting stakeholders in global projects.

The Digital Support Specialist supports key global communications stakeholders by consulting them on how to further develop their digital performance and ensure they leverage the available digital tools in order to meet their overall goals.

The Digital Support Specialist is expert in all aspects of digital project management content management and publishing across different web platforms and is able to build out reporting metrics that supports the business in continuing their growth to meet KPIs and objectives.

As aDigital Support Specialistyou will work closely with global teams in Roche Pharma to ensure the content on our globally managed websites is well maintained optimized and up-to-date. Your primary job will be to publish content prepared by our content team and marketing managers. In this position you will be focusing on:

• You have 3 years of experience working with IT systems platforms website management and 3 years of experience in digitaloperations for an agency or large size companies.

• You have 3 years of experience with Content Management systems system implementation expertise.

• You have1-2 years of experience in large organizations preferably healthcare industry or tech.

• You have basic understanding of coding (HTML CSS JS)and you are a quick learner passionate about technologies and web.

• You are dynamic and flexible in working with different tools you are creative havestrong problem-solving skills and able to work in a fast-paced global environment.

• You are fluent in English.
