Executive Secretaries and Administrative Assistants - 25130
- minimum of 6 months experience with WMS eMedNY TABS and Microsoft Office Applications
- proven ability to resolve conflicting coding in WMS and eMedNY
- proficiency in and daily use of Microsoft Office Word Outlook Excel and Crystal Report Designer
- proof of 35 WPM typing speed
- ability to perform data entry accurately and promptly
- ability to learn new databases and proprietary computer systems
- ability to prepare professional correspondence forms or other documents in draft and final form using information obtained in the agencys databases and files
- ability to work well with others including those with developmental disabilities in an office environment
- professional verbal and written skills as shown by office experience with previous employers
- ability to prioritize and multi-task
- ability to maintain confidentially of all information and follow HIPPA guidelines
- proven ability to complete general office duties including but not limited to filing answering multi line telephones copying scanning operating standard office machinery e-faxing and opening distributing and sending postal mail
