Channel Marketing Manager at Sampoerna Schools System are the multi-faceted marketing efforts overseeing a dynamic team responsible for Digital Marketing (Perf. Mkt CRM Website and SEO) Social Media and Offline&Partnership. This leadership role requires a strategic visionary who can seamlessly align these channels to drive brand cohesion and business growth.
This position will play a crucial role in managing both offline and online channels ensuring a seamless integration of our marketing efforts. From traditional channels to the ever-evolving digital landscape the Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for navigating and optimizing strategies to maximize our reach and impact. An essential aspect of this role is the ability to translate the Brand Brief into a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
Essential Duties:
Strategic Channel Management:
- Develop and implement holistic channel marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Oversee and optimize the performance of Digital Marketing Social Media and Offline&Partnership team.
- Acting as Growth Manager to optimize each channel performance both channel and business objectives
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Foster collaboration between diverse teams to ensure a unified approach to brand messaging and customer experiences within the internal marketing team and stakeholder.
- Work closely with leaders from each channel to drive synergy and maximize the impact of integrated campaigns.
Brand Communication:
- Derive and implement Brand Communication strategies across all channels.
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging in every communication touchpoint.
CRM:
- Lead the CRM team to deliver exceptional and seamless customer experiences.
- Use customer feedback to inform and enhance marketing strategies.
Website Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the company website.
- Collaborate with the Web Team & IT team to ensure a user-friendly and engaging online presence.
Digital Marketing Strategy:
- Drive digital marketing initiatives across various platforms.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to optimize campaigns and enhance online visibility.
Offline/Partnership:
- Drive on ground activation through offline marketing and partnership (B2B) across campuses.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in channel marketing management with a focus on Digital Marketing Social Media and Offline&Partnership.
- Strong analytical thinking data driven and result oriented mindset is a mandatory
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of brand communication and customer experience.
- Demonstrated success in driving integrated marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Experience in managing multi-channel marketing (Offline and Online)
- Proven to managing team and strong in project management
- BSc/BA in Marketing Management Business or a related field is preferred. Master degree is a plus point.
