Job Summary
As theSales and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to expand our client base enhance brand visibility and achieve revenue targets. You will leverage your expertise in corporate relations client management and market penetration to strengthen our position in Cameroon.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans to meet company objectives.
Identify and engage potential corporate clients building long-term business relationships.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
Lead promotional campaigns presentations and negotiations with key stakeholders.
Manage the sales pipeline ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversions.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations HR finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Represent the company at industry events exhibitions and networking forums.
Prepare sales reports forecasts and performance analysis for management review.
Ensure excellent customer service and client retention strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Sales Marketing Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience insales and marketing preferably inHRMS corporate services or B2B sectors in Cameroon.
Strong network with corporate clients and understanding of the Cameroonian business landscape.
Fluent in English and French(written and spoken) – mandatory.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Valid driver’s licenseand willingness to travel locally as needed.
Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently.
