Get a complete handle on the client structure media planning requirements of assigned clients
Built a working relationship with key internal stakeholders brand managers and media managers at client end.
Familiarize completely with the media planning process and delivery structure
In six months:
To be recognized as the reliable independent and integrated media planning and go-to face for the key stake-holders at the client
Built a strong relationship with the client and all internal stake holders
Worked on and delivered at least 2 key showcase award worthy projects
In 12 months:
Supervised a market shaping AOP process for the clients
Worked on 2 Cut through award winning and business defining projects for the clients
Worked on award entries along with the extended team members
Ensured delivery of a culture of seamless andhigh-qualityexecution resulting inhigh clientsatisfaction
Create a positive vibe within the team
What your day job looks like :
Manage the day-to-day relationship with the client
Ensure timely high quality delivery & execution of media planning competitive and market understanding for the clients as per the aligned process
Ensure that deliverables are sent as per the engagement calendar
Manage individuals & oversee their work to ensure it meets quality standards either through direct or allied teams
Arrive at actionable solutions using secondary data analysis (IRS/BARC/TGI/GroupMtools etc) and by drawing upon media planning experience.
Look for positive solutions rather than problems
Ensure timely team appraisals and clear development goals for team members; identify and follow through on appropriate training and career development for the team
Participate in new business pitches as relevant from time to time
What youll bring:
Minimum 10-12 years total work experience in media business consulting market research/analytics or a strategic planning role of which at least 3-4 recent years have been spent working on media planning related business on consumer product businesses
Be an independent self-starter who can take the ball and run with it to the end
A collaborative positive person who can work in a matrix structure
