Cybersecurity GRC Expert

As Cybersecurity GRC Expert you play a pivotal role in protecting our global operations. Youll be the driving force behind our cybersecurity governance risk and compliance programs ensuring we stay ahead of evolving threats and meet critical regulatory requirements.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shape Our Security Landscape: Develop and manage our cybersecurity GRC framework policies and procedures.

• Govern and Guide: Establish strong governance practices and provide expert guidance on security best practices.

• Navigate Risks: Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement robust mitigation strategies.

• Ensure Compliance: Uphold compliance with key regulations and standards (e.g. NIS 2 NIST CSF 2.0).

• Ensure Third Party Security: Build and manage a robust cybersecurity third-party risk management program aligned to TVHs Enterprise Risk Management

• Support M&A Activities: Conduct cybersecurity due diligence during mergers and acquisitions assessing target companies security posture and identifying potential risks.

• Maintain Operational Resilience: Establish and rollout a framework for IT continuity and collaborate with IT operations teams to ensure implementation.

• Drive Security Awareness: Develop and enhance cybersecurity awareness programs to foster a security-conscious culture.

HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE

To excel in this role you should possess:

• 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity GRC including IT continuity and third-party risk management.

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity regulation and standards (e.g. NIS 2 ISO 27001 NIST CSF 2.0).

• Strong risk management and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Relevant certifications (CISSP CISM CISA CRISC) are a plus.

• A proactive results-oriented and problem-solving mindset with the ability to travel occasionally.

• Fluency in English.
