Responsibilities
- Design and managecybersecurity awareness programsandphishing simulationsusing tools likeKnowBe4orProofpoint
- Develop engaging content (newsletters infographics training modules) to promote asecurity-first culture
- ConductIT risk assessmentsvendor risk reviews andcontrol testingaligned withSOXNYDFS 500GDPRCCPA and more
- Collaborate withIT HR Legal and Complianceteams to ensure alignment with policies and regulations
- Use GRC platforms likeArcherAuditBoardProcessUnity orServiceNowto manage workflows and reporting
- Analyze data to identifyautomation opportunities build dashboards and track remediation efforts
- Provide subject matter expertise on frameworks such asNISTCOBITISO 27001 andCIS Controls
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience inIT GRCcybersecurity compliance orrisk management
- Strong background insecurity awareness trainingandcontrol assessments
- Experience ininsurancefinancial services or other regulated industries preferred
- Familiarity withGRC toolscompliance frameworks anddata analysis
- Certifications likeCISACISSP orCRISCare a plus
- Excellent communication organizational and analytical skills
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Information Systems or a related discipline. Equivalent experience and/or alternative qualifications will be considered
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
