Job Description
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a HR Manager for their Gaming studios in Brazil.
Position: HR Manager
Location: Sao Paolo Brazil
Work model: on-site
Employment type: Full-time.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the sole HR representative in Brazil with plans to build and lead a local HR team
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including onboarding performance evaluations promotions transfers and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and values
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date
- Guide and help set up payroll processes in collaboration with internal and external teams
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Handle complex employee relations matters and internal investigations
- Analyze HR metrics generate reports and recommend data-driven improvements
- Provide compensation analysis and prepare relevant business cases
- Manage and maintain accuracy of the HR information system
- Ensure smooth communication between HR Operations and other departments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in both Portuguese and English both written and verbal
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience including 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Brazil
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is considered an asset.
