Job Description
Our client is a hospitality conglomerate based in Nigeria with diverse business interests including restaurants catering snack food manufacturing hotels cinemas and real estate development.
Job Summary
The Regional Outlet Head will oversee the operations performance and growth of multiple QSR outlets within the Enugu region. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong operational experience team management skills and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service operational efficiency and profitability

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 10 years of experience in QSR or retail operations with at least 3 years in a regional/multi-outlet leadership role.
- Preferably female and not more than 40years
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Proven track record in sales growth team development and operational excellence.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in Enugu
