1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop and implement annual recruitment plans tailored to logistics roles (drivers delivery agents call center etc.).
Professionally utilize LinkedIn for sourcing posting and screening candidates.
Conduct initial and technical interviews and coordinate assessments with department heads.
Manage onboarding processes for new hires and ensure smooth integration.
2. Legal Compliance & Administrative Management Ensure full adherence to Egyptian labor law and social insurance law.
Accurately manage vacation sick leave and absences as per the law.
Oversee payroll processing salary deductions bonuses and penalties.
Draft and update employment contracts internal policies and legal HR documents.
Maintain organized employee records both digital and physical.
3. Performance & Discipline Management Design and implement employee performance evaluation systems.
Recommend and monitor incentive and disciplinary actions.
Supervise attendance punctuality and policy compliance.
Resolve labor disputes and handle disciplinary hearings professionally and legally.
4. Organizational Development Analyze employee turnover rates and suggest retention strategies.
Collaborate with top management on organizational structure and job titles.
Propose and coordinate relevant training programs especially for logistics safety and customer service
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Human Resources or Law.
3 years of experience in similar role.
Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor law social insurance and payroll regulations.
Strong experience in employee onboarding payroll calculations and legal documentation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word).
Professional and active LinkedIn account used for recruiting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and Englis
