Position Overview:

The Account Manager at TopRight serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams ensuring client satisfaction and the successful delivery of projects. This role requires strong relationship-building skills strategic planning and the ability to manage multiple projects while delivering client-focused solutions. The Account Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns monitor performance and provide data-driven recommendations. With a focus on seamless project execution and proactive problem-solving the Account Manager plays a vital role in driving client success and achieving organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong positive relationships with clients and internal teams.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (research strategy media creative and production) to develop and execute client projects.

  • Oversee all aspects of project workflows including:

    • Contributing to strategy development and media planning.

    • Managing project timelines budgets and deliverables.

    • Tracking key milestones and coordinating stakeholder reviews.

    • Providing regular project status updates.

    • Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance.

  • Address client concerns promptly and effectively ensuring swift resolution of issues.

  • Proactively identify challenges and implement solutions to maintain seamless project execution.

  • Deliver performance insights and data-driven recommendations to clients.

  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client objectives.

  • Contribute to additional duties or special projects as assigned.



Requirements

  • Professional energetic and proactive work ethic.

  • Proven experience delivering client-focused solutions.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Exceptional listening presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in managing project budgets timelines and scopes of work.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

  • Attention to detail and ability to provide guidance and insights to clients and team members.

  • Experience working with Financial servies clients or High Education clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field.

  • 5 years of account management experience preferably with agency experience.

  • Familiarity with project management tools; experience with Wrike is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel to client locations and company meetings as needed.
