As our new Manager Body Spa & Mind Oasis you create an unforgettable experience for your customers and your colleagues. In the Body Spa & Mind Oasis of our flagship House of Rituals every visitor receives redcarpet treatment and fully immerses themselves in the art of Soulful Living. You drive toptier performance by empowering your team to deliver exquisite service across all Body Spa and Mind Oasis treatments nurturing their growth and celebrating commercial successes together. With a passion for physical and mental wellbeing retail and immersive events you lead each customer on a personal journey that elevates their wellbeing.

Your world is all about exceptional customer experience:

  • Ultimate responsibility for sales service client experience and translating KPIs for both Body Spa treatments and Mind Oasis experiences;
  • Smooth efficient operations that always honor the Rituals DNA;
  • Constantly recruiting and cultivating a commercially minded team that puts the customer first;
  • Inspiring your team with our Body Spa & Mind Oasis offeringstrue leading by example;
  • Safeguarding the entire House of Rituals customer journey strengthening collaboration and sparking crossselling across departments;
  • Make sure events run smooththe Mind Oasis also serves as an event venue;
  • Optimising concepts and productivity bearing full accountability for hitting targets with your team;
  • Reporting directly to the Sales Manager.

You inspire your team of professionals with a healthy dose of customer obsession. Together with the Sales Manager you craft strategies to sharpen KPIs and expand brand awareness. By embodying strong personal leadership you kindle shared ownership among teammates. Traffic can be unpredictable; you keep the team poised to anticipate every need. You also finetune staffing and bookings oversee a seamless experience across every floor and manage backoffice tasks such as stock control bookings and scheduling.

Qualifications :

  • At least three years of senior leadership with full accountability in retail or commercial hospitality;
  • Superior peoplemanagement skillscommunication connection motivation coaching and inspiration come naturally;
  • Proven experience sharing knowledge to spark behavioral change and fuel others growth;
  • A flair for decisive action and creative problemsolving;
  • An eye for detail without losing sight of the bigger picture plus strong organizational prowess;
  • A background in wellness and spa with uptodate insight into industry trends is a plus.
