Your missions:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager USA you will play a key role in Pelicos US expansion overseeing the seamless operation of the US team: from onboarding to daily office management while fostering strong connections with our Paris headquarters.
The role is based in Miami to be at the heart of the action with the US Team.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles across Engineering and Customer Services Teams. Ensure a fair and inclusive hiring process that attracts top talent in line with Pelicos mission.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR processes comply with US labor laws including contracts benefits and employee relations and stay informed about evolving legislation that may impact the business.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Drive initiatives that promote diversity and inclusivity across all levels of the organization ensuring Pelico attracts and retains talent from diverse backgrounds.
- Office Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the US office ensuring a productive welcoming environment that supports the teams success and aligns with Pelicos values.
- Culture & Leadership Development: Foster a culture of feedback collaboration and high performance. Develop programs to identify and nurture internal leadership talent.
- Data-Driven People Strategy: Use people analytics to inform recruitment decisions assess team dynamics and ensure continuous improvement in team performance and organizational health.
- Onboarding & Integration: Develop and implement a seamless onboarding experience that not only integrates new hires into the US team but also ensures smooth connection and collaboration with our Paris office. Facilitate relationship-building between teams across locations to strengthen the global Pelico culture.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills

- 5 years of Recruitment with at least 3 years supporting high-growth tech teams. Experience in legal compliance within HR is in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong commitment to building diverse inclusive teams and ensuring equal opportunity at every stage of the employee lifecycle.
- Strong background in leading recruitment efforts for both technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Familiarity with US labor laws employee relations and compliance ensuring Pelicos practices are legally sound and equitable.
- Ability to leverage people analytics to drive strategic HR decisions and optimize team performance.
- Passion for creating a unified high-performance culture across US and Paris offices while managing office operations.
