Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented HR Administration Trainee to join our Human Resources team on an initial 6 month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain handson HR experience in a supportive and professional environment.

Your Role

As a HR Administration Trainee you will support the HR team in a broad range of administrative tasks and processes including:

  • Assisting with recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
  • Maintaining employee records and HR databases
  • Coordinating training and development activities
  • Helping with employee engagement and internal communication initiatives
  • Providing general administrative support across HR functions

Your Profile

  • We are looking for someone who is:
  • Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field 
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word Excel and Outlook) Eager to learn and take initiative in a fastpaced environment

Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role will be an advantage but is not essential.
