Estate Agent Senior Sales / Lettings Negotiator / Valuer Birmingham up to 30k basic plus commission
My client is a leading modern and well respected Lettings and Estate Agency brand who have been established for many years in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. They are looking for an experienced Senior Lettings and Sales Negotiator with outstanding deal creation and lead generation skills.
Main Duties:
- Getting deals done!
- Developing new business and new instructions
- Creating standout property listings
- Conducting propertyviewings
- Building strong lasting relationships
- Following upwith applicants after viewings
- Regularlyupdating landlordson lettings progress
- Advising landlordson rental pricing and property presentation
- Video productionandsocial mediaposting
- Lead generation
- Matching applicants with their perfect properties
- Providing personable yet professional service
- Communicating excellently
- Outstanding organisationanddiary management
- Smashing targets!
Experience in Lettings and Sales is ESSENTIAL for this role
Working hours 08.3017.30 Monday to Friday (Saturdays for viewings by appointment only)
