Position Summary
Were seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead a motivated sales team drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment is passionate about strategic sales and can build and manage high-value client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Sales Team: Motivate coach and develop a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
Manage Sales Pipeline: Oversee the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing ensuring consistent follow-through and customer satisfaction.
Develop Strategy: Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth objectives across key markets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients including high-value and global accounts.
Track Performance: Use CRM tools and sales data to monitor KPIs forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing operations and leadership to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
Contract Negotiation: Lead contract negotiations and close deals that contribute to long-term business success.
$70K base-plus commission (up to $300K if goals are met)
