Job Description

HR / Payroll & Office Administrator (Switzerlandbased)

Location: Freienbach Switzerland

Employment Type: Fulltime 40 hours/week)

Start Date: September 2025

Overview

We are seeking an HR / Payroll & Office Administrator for an exciting opportunity with a leading global company based in Switzerland. This is a fulltime permanent role with some flexibility for remote work (up to 1 day per week) for the right candidate. The position involves overseeing payroll administration HR operations and general office management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Payroll Administration

  • Oversee and manage monthly payroll coordination liaising with external payroll providers across multiple regions.
  • Ensure timely payroll approvals and payments in collaboration with finance and payroll providers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for payrollrelated queries in the Swiss office.
  • Track and maintain salary changes time sheets pension contributions and benefits administration.
  • Understand and comply with local Swiss HR policies including pension funds insurance and general EMEA HR compliance.
  • Work with SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS) system is fully set up and operational.

Office & Administrative Duties

  • Handle officerelated tasks including orders compliance postage and general administration.
  • Coordinate office operations (e.g. IT networks vendors).
  • Support with reporting and budget tracking to assist HR and finance departments.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of both the office and HR administration.

Key Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in HR payroll administration and/or office management.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and navigate a global corporate environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A professional serviceoriented attitude with excellent problemsolving skills.

Additional Details

  • Location: Freienbach Switzerland (officebased with a possibility of 1 day per week remote work for exceptional candidates).
  • Salary: to be discussed
  • Start Date: Ideally September 2025 (due to the retirement of the current employee).
