HR / Payroll & Office Administrator (Switzerlandbased)

Overview
We are seeking an HR / Payroll & Office Administrator for an exciting opportunity with a leading global company based in Switzerland. This is a fulltime permanent role with some flexibility for remote work (up to 1 day per week) for the right candidate. The position involves overseeing payroll administration HR operations and general office management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Payroll Administration
- Oversee and manage monthly payroll coordination liaising with external payroll providers across multiple regions.
- Ensure timely payroll approvals and payments in collaboration with finance and payroll providers.
- Act as the main point of contact for payrollrelated queries in the Swiss office.
- Track and maintain salary changes time sheets pension contributions and benefits administration.
- Understand and comply with local Swiss HR policies including pension funds insurance and general EMEA HR compliance.
- Work with SAP SuccessFactors (HRIS) system is fully set up and operational.
Office & Administrative Duties
- Handle officerelated tasks including orders compliance postage and general administration.
- Coordinate office operations (e.g. IT networks vendors).
- Support with reporting and budget tracking to assist HR and finance departments.
- Contribute to the smooth running of both the office and HR administration.
Key Requirements
- 3 years of experience in HR payroll administration and/or office management.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and navigate a global corporate environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- A professional serviceoriented attitude with excellent problemsolving skills.

- Location: Freienbach Switzerland (officebased with a possibility of 1 day per week remote work for exceptional candidates).
