Were looking for a huntertype Account Executive to drive new business across the region. This is a fullcycle sales role ideal for someone with 23 years of experience whos ready to take ownership chase opportunities and close deals with confidence.
Manage the entire sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to pitching negotiating and closing deals.
Proactively hunt for new business through outbound outreach networking and market research.
Understand client needs and position the companys solutions effectively.
Maintain and update sales activities in the CRM system.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on client feedback and market trends.
23 years of experience in a fullcycle sales business development or account executive role (preferably in B2B or tech).
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written) musthave for regional communication.
Strong hunter mentality goaloriented selfmotivated and comfortable driving outbound activities.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Able to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
