About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Account Executive to join our fast-growing scale-up in Berlin. This is a full sales cycle role where you will be responsible for everything from prospecting and cold calling to closing high-value deals (avg. 80K). The focus is on the DACH region with opportunities to grow alongside the company as we continue our expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire B2B sales cycle: prospecting pitching negotiating and closing.

  • Generate new business through outbound cold calling (3h/day) emailing and networking.

  • Build strong long-lasting relationships with SME clients in the construction sector.

  • Collaborate with Procurement Logistics and Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets with no cap on earnings.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • Fluent German (C2 level) and strong English skills.

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.

  • Experience in B2B outbound sales / cold calling.

  • High energy ambitious and able to thrive under pressure.

  • Resilient with a strong hunter mentality.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in startups or fast-growth companies.

  • Background in construction logistics or marketplaces.
