Job Description
Remote Flexible Schedule Purpose-Driven Commission-Based
Are you ready to guide senior professionals across New York and the East Coast toward their next life chapter In this remote role you will mentor executives 50 from high-performance industries helping them design careers and lifestyles that align with their passions values and freedom without sacrificing income.
Impact Youll Create
With your guidance clients will:
- Preserve or increase their income while stepping away from the daily grind
- Gain time and location freedom to live life on their own terms
- Align work with personal passion and values
- Finally pursue long-held dreams they never had time for
Tasks
- Lead introductory conversations with prospective clients (no cold calling or chasing).
- After sign-up transition into a mentoring role supporting clients step by step through our proven framework.
- Build authentic relationships both online and offline.
- Guide senior leaders to rediscover purpose fulfillment and freedom.
- Help grow our presence and visibility across New York and the East Coast.
Requirements
- 5 years of leadership or client-facing experience in hospitality luxury services aviation tourism or other high-pressure sectors
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills in English
- Genuine desire for meaningful flexible self-directed work
- Passion for helping others unlock their next chapter
- Comfort with entrepreneurial commission-based roles full- or part-time
