Job Description

Business Development Representative (Remote)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and take the lead on highvolume outbound cold calling efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment knows how to connect with decisionmakers and consistently converts cold outreach into qualified leads.

As a BDR you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your ability to build rapport handle objections and drive interest will directly contribute to our companys growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct highvolume outbound cold calls to prospective clients

  • Engage and qualify leads through professional and persuasive conversations

  • Build rapport quickly and identify potential opportunities

  • Follow up effectively to move prospects through the sales funnel

  • Work closely with the internal team to refine outreach strategies

Requirements

  • Highlevel English proficiency (spoken and written)

  • Minimum 5 years of cold calling experience in sales or lead generation

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

  • Strong persuasion and objectionhandling skills

  • Resilient persistent and goaldriven with a strong refusal to accept no as a final answer

  • Selfmotivated able to work independently and manage time effectively

  • Experience in B2B sales SaaS fintech or highticket sales is a plus

Tools and Software

  • Dialer software (such as Aircall RingCentral or similar)

  • Slack for team communication

  • Google Workspace (Docs Sheets Gmail)

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in a Sales Development Representative cold caller or outbound sales role

  • Ability to manage high call volumes and convert prospects into qualified leads

  • Strong followup strategies and ability to quickly build trust with potential clients

  • Prior experience in MSP BPO staffing or recruiting industries is highly preferred
