Our client is an organisational development and management consulting firm in Ghana passionate about helping businesses thrive.
Scope
The Business Sales and Development Executive will generate business leads handle sales build relationships with potential clients and work with the marketing team to align sales strategies and increase revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify target companies to engage weekly via telephone email and mass communication by collaborating with the marketing team
- Prepare and present sales proposals/ briefings via online or facetoface meetings
- Submit proposals to prospective client offices/premises
- Attend online business events/ webinars to network and solicit new business
- Prepare a monthly sales report against set targets
- Provide daily sales updates to the MD or designate
- Manage data for new and prospective clients within the CRM platform ensuring all communications are logged information is accurate and documents are attached.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls capturing key insights and action items and ensure seamless communication with Management through timely updates and reports.
- Collaborate with the MD to develop strategies and grow the sales pipeline to meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals consistently.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Prepare and analyse sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
- Communicate market intelligence to enhance marketing activities
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or its equivalent
- Experience in service sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of the consulting or services industry (Human Resource Services) is desirable.
- Knowledge of sales CRM systems is desirable.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and social media platforms (LinkedIn/Twitter/Facebook).
