Job Description:
  • Managing daytoday accounting operations including accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Monthend and yearend close processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather and analyze financial data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Prepare and review financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Conduct budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in internal and external audits ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Job Requirements:
  • Diploma or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
  • 13 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Range: MYR
