Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales particularly in technology and technical sales and have a passion for building relationships with clients. As an Account Executive you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing existing accounts within our market.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and regular communication.
  • Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to generate leads and increase sales opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create strategic plans for achieving sales targets.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions manage accounts and report on sales performance.
  • Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior sales staff and sharing best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales with a focus on technology or technical sales preferred.
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market data effectively.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software for tracking sales activities.
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities showcasing a capacity to motivate and guide team members.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges in the sales process.
