Job Description

Were Hiring: Account Executive DACH Market (On-site Berlin)
Location: Berlin Germany
Start Date: ASAP
Base Salary:/year
Bonus Potential:(uncapped!)
Work Model: 100% On-site (no remote)
Vacation: 24 days/year

About the Role

Join a fast-growing well-funded B2B marketplace disrupting the construction materials industry across Europe. As an Account Executive youll be responsible for the entire sales cycle from cold outreach to closing deals with a focus on the DACH region. Youll work closely with Procurement Logistics and Customer Success to deliver top-tier client service.

Typical deal size: 80K
Sales cycle: Days to weeks
Target regions: Germany Austria Switzerland France
Office culture: High-energy results-driven collaborative

What Youll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach qualification demos and closing

  • Drive outbound efforts (including 3 hours/day cold calling)

  • Build and manage strong customer relationships

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and client success

  • Consistently exceed targets (with uncapped bonuses for top performers)

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent

  • Experience with B2B cold calling and outbound sales

  • Fluent German (C2) and strong English

  • High energy ambition and a no-excuses mindset

  • Desire to grow fast in a high-impact performance-driven environment

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in startups or construction-related industries

  • Previous experience in account management or inside sales
