Join a fast-growing well-funded B2B marketplace disrupting the construction materials industry across Europe. As an Account Executive youll be responsible for the entire sales cycle from cold outreach to closing deals with a focus on the DACH region. Youll work closely with Procurement Logistics and Customer Success to deliver top-tier client service.

Sales cycle: Days to weeks
Target regions: Germany Austria Switzerland France

Own the full sales cycle: outreach qualification demos and closing
Drive outbound efforts (including 3 hours/day cold calling)
Build and manage strong customer relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery and client success
Consistently exceed targets (with uncapped bonuses for top performers)
Must-Haves:
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience with B2B cold calling and outbound sales
Fluent German (C2) and strong English
High energy ambition and a no-excuses mindset
Desire to grow fast in a high-impact performance-driven environment

Background in startups or construction-related industries
Previous experience in account management or inside sales
