HireNow Staffing is seeking multiple Account Executives from rising stars to seasoned pros for a rapidly scaling technology solutions provider based in Chandler AZ. This isnt a SaaS churn-and-burn sales shop. Here youll drive high-value digital transformation deals with organizations in Healthcare and SLED (State Local and Education) sectors. The model is services-first and commissions are tied to project revenue and gross margin not license volume giving you true ownership of the business you close.
Were looking for hunters not gatherers strategic sellers who know how to open doors ask smarter questions and position value not just features. If youve worked in the ServiceNow ecosystem youll hit the ground running. If youve sold IT services or transformation projects into regulated mission-critical environments youll thrive.
What Youll Actually Be Doing
Proactively hunt new business identify and engage high-potential clients within the Healthcare and SLED space
Own the sales cycle end-to-end: outreach qualification discovery solution alignment pricing negotiation and close
Develop custom solution strategies with pre-sales delivery and executive teams
Build multi-level relationships within target organizations understand their IT budget and compliance drivers
Deliver compelling demos and solution presentations (not canned decks) your consultative approach matters
Stay sharp with HubSpot CRM tracking pipeline forecasting margin-based targets and documenting client touchpoints
Travel locally for client meetings (1-2 days per week) with occasional out-of-state trips
Drive strategic account growth and upsell/cross-sell into existing logos

Youre Likely a Fit If You...
Have 4 years of B2B sales experience with a strong outbound/hunter track record
Have sold into Healthcare or SLED organizations and understand their procurement dynamics
Know how to position value-based or outcomes-based selling not just features and functionality
Have worked within the ServiceNow ecosystem or a similar enterprise IT platform (e.g. Salesforce Microsoft Workday)
Are comfortable selling professional services consulting or integration projects
Are driven by performance autonomy and long-term relationships not just transactional quotas
Can manage multiple stakeholders complex timelines and project-based delivery models
Are local to Greater Phoenix/Chandler (or open to relocating with partial assistance)
Qualifications Snapshot
Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience in IT services sales)
Strong communication discovery and negotiation skills
Comfortable using modern sales tech (HubSpot CRM LinkedIn Sales Navigator sales automation tools)
Ability to manage a technical sale work with pre-sales teams and speak the language of CIOs
U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship)
Compensation & Perks
Base salary range: $65000 - $110000 based on experience
Uncapped commission tied to gross margin with accelerator tier stop performers can exceed $200K OTE
Spiffs Performance Bonuses throughout the year
Equity eligibility after probationary period
