Job Description

Our client is a leading OutofHome (OOH) Marketing Communications company committed to amplifying brand visibility through a vast portfolio of outdoor advertising infrastructure across Nigeria. With a deep focus on consumer insights and strategic brand placement the company delivers impactful campaigns that connect brands to their target audiences with precision and scale.

As part of their expansion drive they are seeking a resultsoriented Business Development Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in securing highvalue partnerships and driving longterm growth. This recruitment is being handled confidentially by our firm on behalf of the client.


This role demands a confident strategist with a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles foster meaningful client relationships and contribute to the firm s competitive positioning in a dynamic market.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries with a focus on brands agencies and direct advertisers.

  • Build and sustain strong consultative relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers.

  • Develop compelling sales pitches proposals and campaign presentations tailored to client goals.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends emerging client needs and partnership possibilities.

  • Represent the company at industry events networking opportunities and pitch meetings.

  • Design and implement robust sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools and regular reporting.




Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business development sales or client account management within the advertising or media industry.

  • Prior experience in outdoor advertising is strongly preferred and will be an advantage.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering strong revenue growth.

  • Exceptional communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.

  • Proficient in proposal development presentations and clientfacing documentation.

  • Techsavvy with working knowledge of CRM platforms Microsoft Office Suite and sales tracking tools.

  • Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently in a fastpaced environment.

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field.
